Bierbas is brewed in Ghent, Belgium.
We were inspired by a recipe for local hierbas from Ibiza. It is not a mixture of beer and hierbas but a carefully crafted recipe, composed of 17 aromatic plants and anise liqueur. A natural and refreshing beer!
The plants present in the beer have not been harvested in Ibiza but they are organic and no artificial flavours are added. These are the 17 plants that can be found in the original recipe of the Hierbas of Ibiza and that can be found on the island.
